FAQs

Why does Class League work?

Students manage their own team across a season, but the league is not decided by match results alone. Effort, homework, participation and progress in class can all earn points, meaning that every student is as important to their team as the players they select.

Is it free?

Yes. You can create your classes, build teams and run full seasons for free, with no card and no time limit.

Do students need to create accounts?

No. Each student gets a unique code to open their team.
No accounts, emails or passwords. Access on any device.

How long does setup take?

Less than a minute. Paste in your class list and Class League creates the join codes for you. Students use their code to pick a team of five players, or you can auto-generate every team in one click and start playing straight away.

Why are the players not real footballers?

Using real player data would lock Class League to the real fixture calendar of a specific league. Matchdays would pause for international breaks and, even worse, stop altogether over the close season.

Class League has its own database of players, so the timing is completely yours. Run a matchday whenever it suits your timetable, take a season at whatever pace works for your class and start the next one as soon as you are ready.

Is student data safe?

Yes. Students never create accounts and their names are only ever visible to you.
